1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the pn365 platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player or as a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pn365 platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a pn365 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pn365, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pn365 platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion program or have voluntarily requested account closure from pn365.

pn365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active pn365 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. pn365 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pn365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. pn365 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. All account details must match the identity documents you provide during verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pn365 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pn365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. pn365 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with applicable Philippine regulations, pn365 is required to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account, bank statement)

pn365 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pn365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pn365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your pn365 account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your pn365 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. pn365 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts may expect GCash and PayMaya withdrawals to be processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. pn365 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and monthly transaction limits, are published in the pn365 platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits prior to initiating transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pn365 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• pn365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of promotional mechanics, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to pn365 support immediately. pn365 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amounts.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pn365 platform — including live casino tables, slot games, bingo rooms, sports betting markets, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

pn365 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers and monitored for integrity in real time. pn365 does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, pn365 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. pn365's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pn365 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of pn365.
• Accessing pn365 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pn365 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players or third parties.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the pn365 platform.
• Using the pn365 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pn365 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Registering or operating more than one pn365 account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pn365 platform — including but not limited to the pn365 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pn365 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pn365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pn365 platform without the prior written consent of pn365.

9 Privacy & Data

pn365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pn365, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

pn365 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pn365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pn365 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

pn365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pn365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pn365 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Responsible Gaming

pn365 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pn365 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications and session cutoffs after a defined period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).

12 Termination

pn365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from Philippine gaming authorities.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding security or compliance checks. pn365 is not obligated to return funds where termination results from a breach of these Terms.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pn365 support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pn365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pn365 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the pn365 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pn365 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pn365 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
